Carrying an high expectation, biotech was to bring the hope to evolutionize the pharmaceutical and health care industries. But we're not quite there yet. Part of the reason, analyzed by Pisano in this book, was because the same business models, strategies, orgnizational structure, etc. were used.
Pisano analyses the "atanomy" of the biotech industry and the business of biotech industry. It flows well for the readers to follow and understand what the author conveys. It's a easy & pleasant read :)
